“Elizabeth spoke and moderated a panel for us at an important industry event. With hundreds of people in the room—anxious for new ideas and perspectives on recruiting and engaging the next generation of professionals—in an increasingly competitive hiring environment—Elizabeth delivered in spades. Her deep expertise and down to earth personality kept our audience engaged and she did an amazing job of ensuring every panelist was heard. I highly recommend her as a speaker and panel moderator.”

“Elizabeth Lotardo is top notch! She developed and delivered an engaging and valuable workshop on cultivating a multi-generational workforce. From start to finish, Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, collaborative, and focused. Elizabeth left the participants wanting more in addition to ensuring that they had tangible action items to take back. All organizations should be lucky enough to work with Elizabeth!”
